Return & Refund Policy

At MakeupGlow, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@makeupglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
  3. Ship the Product: Once approved, return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please provide photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, opened, or altered beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance items

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
